Jess, the customer service representative makes my day

Last year, I purchased a one-year car insurance policy for my brother-in-law, who just relocated to the UK, through Admiral car insurance, using my own bank account for payment. This year, when the policy was automatically renewed, he didn't notice the email notification. As a result, the renewal charge was mistakenly deducted from my bank account again. I called the customer service and spoke with Jess. She was very patient, helpful, and professional. After carefully verifying all the necessary information, she assured me that the matter would be handled immediately and arranged for a refund to be returned to my bank account within a few days.
