Convenient and Flexible but Best Used Responsibly

5
I’ve been using PayPal Credit for a while now, and overall it’s been a convenient way to spread the cost of larger purchases. The application process was quick, and I like how easy it is to manage payments directly through my PayPal account. The option for 0% interest on qualifying purchases is especially helpful if you’re organised with repayments. That said, it’s important to stay on top of payment dates because interest charges can become expensive if balances aren’t cleared in time. Credit products also aren’t for everyone, and they can become risky if you borrow more than you can comfortably afford to repay. I think it’s best used as a tool for planned purchases rather than impulse spending. Customer service has been decent in my experience, and resolving issues is usually very efficient. Overall, PayPal Credit is a useful option for flexible online spending, particularly for people who already use PayPal regularly. I’d recommend it for short-term financing, as long as you borrow responsibly and understand the terms. Reviewed on: 6th May 2026

Better financial control with PayPal: Pay in 3

5
PayPal has been a really solid and reliable option for managing payments and spreading costs. It’s super easy to use, and everything from checkout to keeping track of payments feels straightforward. What I like most is how clear and transparent everything is. It’s easy to stay on top of what you owe. The Pay in 3 feature is great and giving a bit of flexibility when you need it without making things complicated. Overall, PayPal is just a service you can trust. It’s convenient, easy to understand, and fits well into everyday spending. Reviewed on: 7th April 2026

Moneybox - Financial Freedom

5
Moneybox was the app that really kickstarted my understanding of my finances. Before I signed up, I wanted to start saving for my first home but had no idea how and thought it would be almost impossible, especially being a gen Z and the current housing prices. I first heard about the 25% government bonus through Moneybox so decided to give the Moneybox Lifetime ISA a go. Signing up was very easy and I love that I was able to set up regular automatic deposits, which has massively helped me to save. I set them up to come out on payday, so I barely notice them coming out but the savings add up. The app attractive and easy to use and really helps to keep on top of my finances and I am well on my way to my deposit for my first home! Thank you Moneybox! Reviewed on: 26th February 2026
