Professional, Supportive and Highly Recommended

We had an excellent experience with Tembo from start to finish. The whole process felt smooth, well-managed and far less stressful than we expected. A huge thank you to Lucy, Chelsea and Brad, who were all fantastic throughout. Lucy was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to clearly explain our options, making sure we felt confident in every decision. Chelsea kept everything moving behind the scenes and was always quick to respond to any questions, no matter how small. Brad was also brilliant — professional, proactive and genuinely supportive at every stage. Communication was consistent and clear, and we always felt like a priority. The team worked incredibly hard to secure our mortgage offer and made what can be a daunting process feel straightforward and manageable. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tembo to anyone looking for a mortgage advisor — especially if you’re a first-time buyer or need a bit of extra guidance.
