Does exactly what it says on the tin

There isn't much to say and that's not a negative thing. Abound provided me with something that was financially viable, everything was presented clearly and I knew what I was agreeing to. It states very clearly if I have issues not to hesitate to contact them and so far so good I haven't had the need to. All in all Abound values clarity and isn't out to get you if you mess up from what I can understand. Reviewed on: 13th April 2026

I applied for a loan and it was very straightforward...

I applied for a loan and it was very straightforward forward and I reached the criteria and was accepted. I am currently paying it off with no issue and have not needed to contact customer support or anything. So I like to think I am a steady customer and paying what needs to be paid.
