Car loan and great service

I took a loan out in October 2024 to purchase a new car, the process was super simple and efficient. What I love about Plata is how easy it is to manage your account. I had a little baby boy in December 2025 and was taking some unpaid time off work so made an extra payment, I basically reduced the loan by mistake instead of paying my next payment in advance. I called them and they were super helpful, with my issue resolved in less than 4 minutes! Would definitely recommend to anyone. Reviewed on: 27th February 2026
