Peerless Customer Service - interest too high.

The customer experience with Plata is peerless. They are really terrific at communications and making you feel they care about you as a customer. The app is brilliant and easy to use and they are proactive when you overpay giving you choices concerning how they apply that. Where I have given them less that fulsome praise is that their rates are less competitive than other providers. Reviewed on: 27th February 2026
