They don’t bother you when your account is in credi

When I paid a lump sum Plata did not take any more money from me. I like their system comparative to direct debit which would continue to get a payment regardless. I called Plata why that month’s payment hadn’t come out. They responded that they had received a payment from my account. Therefore their system would effect another payment since my account was now in credit. I never experienced this before and I think their system is the best. Every time I could call to check my loan balance and their customer service reps are patient with you and they will clarify when to don’t understand without rushing you.
