The system that they have online is the best I have...

The system that they have online is the best I have ever come across. They let you get easy access to all of the essential information that you need including asking for a settlement figure which is not something that all loan companies make easily accessible. I really do rate them as a company. I also like that they don't chase you to take out additional lending which I know some do. So you can be more confident in your lending.
