I’ve had a really positive experience with Plata. The whole application process was straightforward and clearly explained, which made everything feel simple and stress-free. I especially appreciated how transparent they were about the terms — there were no surprises, just clear information from the start. Customer service has also been excellent. Whenever I had a question, the team were friendly, professional and quick to respond. It genuinely felt like they wanted to help rather than just process an application. Overall, Plata combines efficiency with great customer support, which isn’t always easy to find.
