Chat bots are frustrating, using PayPal credit didn’t give me the same protection I would have got from other credit card companies. The complaints process was a series of AI generated messages that benefitted the seller and not me as the buyer. I paid for something on credit that wasn’t what I ordered and PayPal weren’t helpful Reviewed on: 9th June 2026
