Plata have been brilliant since the beginning!

Plata have been brilliant since the beginning! Everything has been easy - applying and managing the loan. There has been occasions where due to circumstances I’ve missed a payment but the website makes it so easy to sort without the anxiety of phoning and letting it build up and get worse which is what happens when it’s hard to deal with companies. I can log on any time and get an active settlement without the hassle. I would recommend to anyone for customer service and ease of use with the fantastic online services which helps people who have anxiety over phoning. Reviewed on: 2nd March 2026
