Friendly, knowledgeable staff

We have a Tesco Clubcard Credit Card. We have had no issues with this card and chose it because we got 30 months interest free on purchases. We mainly interact with them through online banking but, on the occasion that I have had to call them, I have always been impressed that my phone call has been answered promptly. Also, the I have always found the staff on the phone to be extremely helpful, always managing to solve my query. Reviewed on: 11th May 2019

Very happy

We have been very happy with our Zopa loan of £11,000 over 4 years at 2.4 %. It was the cheapest on the market at the time. It was easy to apply for the loan online and we were given a response within minutes of sending off the loan application. Reviewed on: 11th May 2019
