Issue with withdrawing

I had a problem with getting my money out of a Shawbrook Easy Access savings plan to complete a house purchase. I contacted Raisin and they chased it up for me . The money got released within a week. Fortunately I had other funds which I could draw down to complete the purchase. I never got to find out what the problem was so its put me off using Shawbrook again. I've never had any issues with my Monument account. Reviewed on: 3rd March 2026
