Excellent for the jars and use abroad

I’ve been using hyperjar for a few years now and I really like it. The app is intuitive. The child “jars” with cards is excellent. Everything just works. I don’t really use the rewards features although have used the decathlon vouchers before. In general the small saving from using the vouchers isn’t worth the friction for me. For use abroad it is exceptional with low costs, far better than my high street bank. Reviewed on: 12th March 2024

Really great introduction to saving and spending for kids

I really like hyperjar. The jar concept is fun to help kids save. The app and card working seamlessly. And, no annual fee for the privilege! Reviewed on: 13th January 2023

Fantastic app to manage finances - simply create jars and start saving and budgeting

I really like the jar concept - it’s easy to grasp and fits with how a lot of people think of finances. You can create jars for holiday money, savings towards Christmas or a big purchase, to cover emergency expenses, whatever. I use this app for gas money, kids pocket money (they have their own kids hyperjar card), holidays, big purchases, etc. I’ve set up a standing order to save an amount each month but it’s so easy to send money back and forth. The card works everywhere I need to use a card. Overall simple, and simply fantastic. Im a very happy user. Reviewed on: 28th March 2022

Excellent way to check stats on the go, and the website is great for detailed assessment.

A really good app that does help understand and manage your finances in one place. Excellent automatic categorisation of expenditure and very good charts. But most of all the best is having all bank accounts visible in one place. Reviewed on: 24th January 2017
