Older borrowers delight!

Retiring from itinerant ministry, we lived in church property most of our life, facing retirement we need to find our own house and mortgage at age 63, Tembo were very understanding and willing to explore new situations with stipend income etc, they presented several good ways forward, we were surprised we had several choices, we ended up choosing an ordinary shorter term repayment mortgage.
