Excellent experience for a first time buyer

First time buyer - really well supported with honest, supportive and timely communication. Kim Hayes and Amy Carter managed my case. They supported me to find a good deal and secure my first mortgage. It was a seamless and easy process for me, which was wonderful as I expected it to be a lot more stressful! Also, as I am an employee of the NHS, they offered an amazing discount for their services which was an unexpected but very welcome surprise! Reviewed on: 4th March 2026
