'Top-draw' Service and products alike

Very underrated bank - whether you are looking for the most up to date on-line capabilities or a friendly voice to walk you through stuff, this is the place. Customer service is hugely important to me and would forgive certain facets of a business if this is strong - in this case no need for forgiveness; there is a strong choice of accounts and investments for both the basic saver and more specialised investor and then everything is done so easily. Nothing seems too much for the people you deal with here. Reviewed on: 5th March 2026
