Chelsea and Claudia were excellent throughout our mortgage application process. From the outset, they demonstrated a strong understanding of our circumstances and approached what was a relatively complex case with confidence and clarity. In particular, they were able to secure us a mortgage despite me being on a PhD stipend and both applicants working in fixed-term, sport-based roles—factors which can often make lending more challenging. Their communication was consistently clear, timely, and informative. They took the time to explain each stage of the process, ensuring we understood our options and felt confident in the decisions being made. They were also highly responsive to any questions we had, which helped to reduce uncertainty and made the experience far less stressful than it could have been. Beyond their technical expertise, Chelsea and Claudia were proactive and supportive throughout. They kept the process moving efficiently, liaised effectively with lenders, and ensured that any potential issues were addressed early. This level of diligence and organisation was particularly valuable given the nature of our employment circumstances.
