I’ve been with Tembo provider for a few years now, and I can genuinely say I’ve had such a positive experience with them. What I really love is how they don’t just feel like a typical savings platform – they actually try to build a proper community. The yearly competitions, especially the 12 Days to Christmas, and the little incentives they run throughout the year make saving feel fun and motivating, rather than boring. I also really appreciate how transparent they are with their communication, particularly when it comes to the interest they offer. Everything is explained clearly, which makes me feel confident and reassured about keeping my money with them. Any time I’ve needed help, the live chat has been really easy to use and the responses have always been quick and helpful.
