LISA and customer service

at first i struggled with my LISA as it was showing i had deposited the full amount for the year even though it bounced back. this was frustrating as i was waiting to receive my £1000 government bonus, I contacted the customer service team and their IT team resolved it for me and kept me up to date with the whole process. Its helpful to be able to talk to real staff when needed and not a chatbot. Reviewed on: 5th March 2026
