Excellent Performance and Helpful Customer Service

I have a Lifetime ISA account with another provider, so I was able to compare the two. Tembo’s performance has been better so far, and the app is very user-friendly. The customer service has also been very helpful. I needed to merge my two LISA accounts and although the process was expected to take up to a month, it was completed in less than two weeks. Overall, I’m very happy with the experience and would highly recommend Tembo for anyone looking for a Lifetime ISA. Reviewed on: 5th March 2026
