Review of the Tembo Money, Lifetime ISA:

I wouldn’t chose anywhere else!

When researching what companies to use to start saving for my lifetime ISA ready to buy a house. I feel like I was constantly told to use different companies from different people. I decided to go from my own research and use Tembo. And I can happily say that I’m more than thrilled with the decision I made. My experience with Tembo has been nothing short of amazing. 5 stars across the board. Setting up my details and filling in my information was quick, easy and simple right from the beginning. When using Tembo I have used/ contacted their customer service to ask questions a few times and again, they were nothing short of amazing. They were quick to respond, patient, explained and/or answered all my questions perfectly and were friendly and polite throughout the entire process. because of the amazing experience I have received through Tembo, I did recommend them to both family members and friends, one of which has just purchased their first home. They reassured me that the process was amazing, that everything went smoothly and this made me feel happy with my choice and more excited when I reach my goal and purchase my first home knowing their purchase experience with Tembo had went to well. Over all 10/10 experience not only from me but those I have recommended Tembo to. If your questioning who to start your savings with; Tembo is definitely the best choice. Reviewed on: 5th March 2026
