Outstanding service from start to finish.

Outstanding service from start to finish. Initially with my mortgage advisor Ayron who took time to really understand my needs and then searched the market for the best mortgage for me. Once we had settled on a mortgage and the application was submitted my case was taken over by Poppy. She too was great, kept me updated regularly along the way and within two weeks I had my mortgage offer. Both Ayron and Poppy were easily contactable, responsive and super friendly. Tembo were clear in the information provided and their online portal was excellent. There was no pushy sales tactics or hard sell, and they even waived their fees as I work in the NHS. Ultimately this made the entire process simple, took away the stress and I felt confident that I had a mortgage tailored to my needs. I couldn't be more satisfied with their service and recommended them to everyone I talk to who is looking for a mortgage/remortgage. Reviewed on: 5th March 2026
