Best bank, wouldn't change a thing.

I think every bank has negative points however what's majorly important to me is good customer service, honesty, locality and wether the products are suited to my needs. TSB ticks all these boxes and more. Another thing that sells their banking for me is their mobile banking. I transfer money between accounts regularly and it's quick and easy with TSB.
