Effortless and 100% recommendation

We haven't used customer service, hence a neutral rating; however, the whole savings process through our LISA account is effortless to use. The interest is very good in comparison to a normal savings account. its just a shame the interest rates drop so quickly. Overall, a very positive, and I would definitely recommend it to others.
