Best banking app I have ever used

I’ve been using the Monzo Business banking app for a while now and it has genuinely transformed the way I manage my business finances. The app is incredibly intuitive and easy to use. Everything from tracking payments to managing expenses can be done quickly and clearly from your phone. The real-time notifications are particularly helpful, as they allow you to keep on top of incoming and outgoing payments instantly, which is invaluable for day-to-day cash flow awareness. One of the standout features is how well the app organises your finances. Transactions are clearly categorised, making it much easier to review spending and keep accurate records. Exporting information for accounting is simple, and it integrates well with bookkeeping tools, which saves a huge amount of time compared with traditional business banking. The ability to create pots, attach notes or receipts to transactions, and manage everything digitally means there’s far less admin. It feels like the app has been designed specifically with small business owners in mind. Overall, Monzo Business strikes the perfect balance between simplicity and powerful functionality.
