Very easy banking app with fantastic customer support.

Very easy banking app with fantastic customer support. I have now moved money from another bank into an ISA with Monzo too as the interest rate was much better, I have a business bank account over draft and I have also taken out a personal credit card that has a flexible payment option which I have not needed to use yet but that will be very handy for home purchases on bigger items or holidays. Customer service was very helpful when I needed support over an item I had ordered that did not arrive. Thank you Monzo. Reviewed on: 6th March 2026
