Absolutely all lies from start to finish. Took them 4 weeks to get car moted and said they need to test drive the car for a few days to make sure it's fine. I asked where did you take car too. They replied to Ford garage. Checked the so called paper I was giving and it was sent to there local back street garage. I asked if it had full service they said yes. I checked this also and no it did not. Lies again. In between this u asked why car taking so long. They couldn't give me a straight answer and flogged me off with words like, the garage is taking time. Then after days of asking they said they told me it needs a part. Bullshit they did not as I have everything in text. Lies again. Then they told me to book a flight on a certain day ad the car will be ready which I paid over 100.00 for and then in the end he said on the day it's not going to be ready till way next week. Lies again. He had that day off hmmm funny that. Waited another week and asked what's going on. Said part due in on Tuesday. Waited till Wednesday and no reply back. Thursday came and said part will be in Friday. Then he said he needs to drive the car to see if it's ok. I mean, seriously now why. Did they send it to a dodgy garage I think so. Again more lies. They flog you off with bullshit due to them wanting a sale and wanted to make sure they give me the go ahead to pick up car so they can drive itnfornover 300 miles which is wrong and to make sure that the two weeks are up after signing the contract so that time you cant cancel. Well that was true. Last day was Thursday Friday came and said should be ready Saturday. Thrn said no next week. I mean. What the f....
Bunch of you know what. And they also come under another name UK car finance. Beware. All the good ratings are from themselves not real customers.
Oh and to add to that. They sent me a few cars in WhatsApp to pick from then I wanted a certain one in the end one guy said oh the blue car is not that reg so he sends mens newer car with a older reg plate in message. What a bunch of unprofessional people. monkey's can do a better job.
