Longtime customer and heavy advocate. The app UX is unreal, customer service has been brilliant when I’ve needed it. The app has gotten more sophisticated over the last 6-7 years that I’ve had it, with the offering feeling more and more worth my while every year. Savings rates are a little uncompetitive vs the market but as a current account, Monzo is perfect for my needs Reviewed on: 6th March 2026

Very easy to transfer my lifetime ISA into tembo. Competitive rates offered, the app is really high quality. I had learned a lot from using Tembo - my knowledge in the home buying area is incredibly limited, but the app is so helpful with educational content. I love that you also can have people “gift” you contributions to your LISA - better than money in a birthday card! Reviewed on: 6th March 2026
