Zopa has excellent customer service they give you all information you need you don’t wait long for a answer if you request anything (loan,credit card )or just a general question I’d recommend Zopa 100% there intrest rates are lower than anyone else which really helps at these hard time they understand peoples needs well done Zopa Reviewed on: 7th March 2026
