Excellent customer service

The customer service team have been amazing when I've needed to reach out. The app is pretty user friendly and the AI chatbot is brilliant. The interest rate is fair, but has dropped for the LISA with little option to move else where. I just hope I can find a home to move it to and I'd definitely consider using Tembos mortgage advice service. Reviewed on: 7th March 2026
