I started my business in 2024 on a wing and a prayer, and very much no budget. Although I was with another bank (and had been for 20+ years), their offering was nowhere near what Monzo's was - the convenience, the benefits, user friendliness - it was a no brainer to step our of my comfort zone and try a new bank - and I'm so glad I did!
