Worst customer service ever

My former partner and I have a mortgage with these sharks. My former partner still lives in the property and sadly she had a major stroke and cannot walk, read, write or speak properly . Customer services did not want to know and are now threatening legal action including repossesion rather than grant her a 2 week extension. Disgraceful company. Reviewed on: 27th January 2017
