Viva Zopa!

Everything aligns to make Zopa a great customer experience. From the initial convenient, easy-to-use application process through to confirmation and loan deposit- everything happens in a timely manner. Information/terms and conditions was communicated in clear and concise language which made it easy for me to understand. As a current customer, the Zopa app had added a further layer of ease and flexibility to the customer journey and I am so glad that I decided to download the app. I have also had to avail myself of support from Zopa due to recent financial vagaries from my side, and each interaction with various advisors has only enhanced my view of Zopa. They have treated me compassionately and with great understanding. In summary, I would have no hesitation in recommending them to any potential new client. Reviewed on: 7th March 2026
