Great customer service!

Online portal easy to use. Customer Support providing great support via email. In-branch support is also great. Not being bombarded with unnecessary communications. Interest rates aren't the greatest out there but certainly aren't the worst. And I'd rather have slightly lower rates but have great customer service then having higher rates but not getting that service. Reviewed on: 8th March 2026
