Friendly and efficient service

Our fixed-rate mortgage was coming to an end and we weren’t happy with the renewal rates we were being offered. We were dreading the remortgage process, expecting it to be time-consuming and stressful. We contacted Tembo following a recommendation and spoke to Paul and Tia, who were both extremely friendly, knowledgeable and proactive. Within just a few days, we had secured a mortgage offer at a much better rate and were already in touch with the solicitors. We’re very happy with the service — it really took a lot of the stress out of the process, and it’s reassuring to know we’ve secured a great deal. Reviewed on: 8th March 2026
