Monzo is so straightforward to use!

Monzo is so straightforward to use with lots of funcationality even at the basic account level. Communication is very straightforward and the apps are simple to use and very clear. Payments in and out are simple and customer service is friendly accurate and consistent. Reviewed on: 9th March 2026
