Absolutely fantastic

I wasn’t sure what to expect but I am so glad I had Tembo’s help sorting my mortgage. Claudia and Chelsea were absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process! I definitely wasn’t a straight forward customer as I had limited options and after putting in hard work for me I had to change the properties I was looking at. But did they complain? Not once. Chelsea and Claudia did their utmost every time to find me the best product that suited my needs and to work quickly and effectively. Anytime I needed something, had a question/didn’t understand something, they were happy to help. I was met with friendly, caring demeanour and incredible professionalism. I honestly can’t thank Claudia and Chelsea enough and would recommend their services (and have!) to everyone! Reviewed on: 9th March 2026
