As a first-time buyer...

As a first-time buyer with little knowledge of the mortgage side of the process, Matt Lovell and his case manager Gemma Bentley at Tembo made everything much easier to understand. They were both incredibly helpful, polite, and efficient throughout. They kept me well informed about the process of buying a house and helped me understand mortgage rates, which made a big difference as I was learning everything for the first time. They also always took the time to answer my abundance of questions and were consistently quick to respond, which really helped put my mind at ease. Their support went beyond just arranging the mortgage as well. They also highlighted the additional services their offer, such as insurances, guidance about surveys and transferring utility bills. I’m very grateful for their support and professionalism throughout, and I would happily recommend Matt, Gemma, and the Tembo team to anyone going through the mortgage process, especially first-time buyers.
