We had very good experience with Tembo.

We had very good experience with Tembo. Luke being our mortgage broker was absolute star from start to finish! Communication is the key and he’s superb at that! I’ve been sending him property after property to check and he was always quick to answer! After submitting our application, Gemma, case manager took over. Again - she promised to keep us updated every 3 days, unless needed otherwise and she kept that promise! When u awaiting for mortgage offer, it can be nerve wracking so contact with brokers is essential! There is nothing worse to go through this kind stress without proper support! Would recommend Luke and Gemma without a doubt! Reviewed on: 10th March 2026
