At one point I had a question about my loan, so I contacted customer support and spoke with one of the advisors. The advisor was very friendly, patient, and professional. They listened carefully to my question and explained everything in a simple and clear way, making sure I fully understood my options. I never felt rushed during the conversation, and they were genuinely helpful. What stood out to me the most was how supportive and customer-focused the advisor was.
