I had Matt Thomas & Lorraine from the Tembo team supporting me through out the mortgage process. They were extremely communicative and helpful through out, gave me lots of information and reassurance, I could not recommend this service more. Lorraine was also very accommodating when I needed to release my LISA funds earlier than anticipated. Matt was also very proactive in doing everything quickly, their help has meant that we were able to complete from offer accepted to completion in 6 weeks! Reviewed on: 11th March 2026
