Very satisfied Freedom savings account customer.

I opened a Freedom savings account with RCI Bank some years ago. Any queries I have had have always been answered promptly and fully via the online message facility. RCI is very good at keeping customers up to date with the latest news about its accounts. The interest has always been highly competitive and increases to interest rate after a Bank of England base rate increase are applied more quickly than is the case with many other banks.
