We started our house purchase journey in the spring of 2026. We had to pull out of our first accepted offer once we got the survey back. Since then it has felt like a string of bad luck. Through it all the team from Tembo (Bethany and Callum) have supported us with last minute MIPs when the last one expired soon after submitting an offer.
