Best online bank I've used

App is super easy to use. I have been with Monzo for just over 8 years now and I've seen them develop - they always put customers' needs first. I've interacted with customer support a few times and they've always been super friendly and helpful. I like that you can create pots for different things - groceries, fun stuff, gifts, etc. really helps you budget. The built in investment portfolio is great. And the perks that come with Monzo Max are absolutely fantastic for the price you pay. Reviewed on: 12th March 2026
