Security and Service

We’ve had a Freedom account for a few years now. Apart from the latest dip in the interest rate, which is market driven, we feel that RCI give us a fair interest rate on our money, with the added comfort of knowing we have access when we need it. The website is clear and easy to use but should we have needed their help for another matter, it is easy to access ‘a real person’ which is quite rare these days. We would definitely recommend this bank to friends and family and have done so during our time with RCI. Reviewed on: 12th March 2026
