Very slow and indirect at answering problems

Within a month of setting up my account the interest rate dropped and it seemed like I had been roped into a rubbish app, the interest rates then lowered the following year based on the government adjustments at a suspicious time, although these have been a strange experience the Moneybox team have been patient in answering a few question sometimes slow at responding but eventually issues where closed out, the team have a tendency of avoiding some of the problems that are raised and i am still waiting for them to be closed out from september of last year but I can comment in saying that the S&S isa they offer returned a good percentage on my deposit, the team members names are odd to the time of the emails sent, at the time they respond and have constantly changed since setting up the account' Reviewed on: 12th March 2026
