Excellent bank

I've banked with Monzo for several years now and have no interest in changing banks. They do what I need my bank to do without fuss. The Monzo Max feature package is really good value for money - breakdown cover, travel and phone insurance would individually cost me more than the package in total. I can't speak to their customer service because I've never needed to call on it. Fantastic bank! Reviewed on: 12th March 2026
