Room for improvement but overall great

Been scammed before by Monzo they closed my account for no reason. Decided to give them another try as I travel, and have been great so far. This is why applied for an account initially the previous time as they are good for value banking. They just need to work on customer service a whole lot more as they don’t have an official branch everything is done online. Switch up the ways they do things they will probably be a perfect bank .
