USER FRIENDLY AND INNOVATIVE

Monzo is incredibly user friendly platform and keeping me updated of the latest offerings, news and changes to T&C’s. They are trying to improve with adding new products to their portfolio (I have taken up savings challenges, pots, cashback and ISA investments) and can’t wait to see what they add to home area and insurance area in time to come but they have so many more products available. For paid accounts you get a lot more and my rating is only 4/5 because I wish they offered 1 virtual card for free AND I wish it could allow me to invest in specific ETF’s but I am sure this will come down the line.
